Stay in the know with SMS updates!

Will BlogPhiladelphia be your first time to our city, or are you qualified to be a tour guide? Will it be your first “un”-conference, or are you a seasoned conference goer? Either way, you’re best bet to get the most out of BlogPhiladelphia is to know what’s going on all the time, no matter where you are.

Now, that’s easier than ever. If you’ve got a cell phone, you can text BLOGPHILLY to 41411 and you will be automatically subscribed to SMS updates leading up to and during the conference. What will these updates include? Anything from insider tips as to where your favorite blog-rebrity is to reminders about sessions and events announcing the best drink special or party for the evening social events. Be aware that standard text messaging rates apply and while we won’t SLAM you with messages we also aren’t responsible if your plan charges you per message.

Again, all you have to do is text BLOGPHILLY to 41411. We’ll take care of the rest.

Lizzie went to school in Philly and has a pretty good lay of the land. I will try and talk the shy one into be a tourguide of sorts.

Can you turn the alerts on and off? I am leery of getting a ton of alerts and not being able to silence them.

Unsubscribing is just as easy as subscribing. Just text ‘unsub blogphilly’ to 41411 to get off the list. But once again, we promise not to be sending out tons of alerts. Just the important stuff :-).
